Debriefing is a structured, confidential way in which people can talk about their experiences and time living cross-culturally. The conversational session revolves around the sharing and examining of information after specific event(s), transition and/or crisis. Debriefing provides cross-cultural workers with:
Mental Health Education
Mental health education involves creating an environment that supports mental health, imparting knowledge about the various factors that contribute to mental well-being and mental illness, and building essential skills for psychological well-being. It includes educating individuals and groups about the social, psychological, and biological aspects of mental health development as well as the social-emotional skills necessary to manage and promote mental health.
Mental Health Assessment
The purpose of an assessment is to create an accurate picture of possible mental health symptoms. Everyone goes through tough times. But, sometimes the negative way someone feels inside, (depressed, anxious, wanting to avoid people, having trouble thinking) may be more than the ups and downs most people feel now and then. If symptoms like these start to get in the way of your vocation, life, or family, it’s important to take action.

Psychotherapy refers to a range of treatments that can help with mental health problems, emotional challenges, and some psychiatric disorders. Psychotherapy can provide help with a range of problems, from depression and low self-esteem to addiction and conflicted family relations. Anyone who is feeling overwhelmed by their problems and unable to cope may be able to benefit from psychotherapy.

A psychological evaluation aims to identify potential cognitive, emotional and behavioral issues that may limit an individual's well-being and productivity. Organizations may wish to carry out psychological evaluations to gain a clearer profile of applicants in key hiring decisions. Psychological evaluations may assist existing staff members to potentially increase productivity and the overall value of their teams.
