Dr. Thomas Chin has been a pastor and a Seminary Lecturer for over 30 years. He is now the Director of the Pastoral Renewal & Research Centre located at the Malaysia Baptist Theological Seminary in Penang. The Centre offers help and counsel to Christian Ministers in the areas of personal renewal, marriage enhancement, church problems, leadership issues, and personal direction. Dr. Thomas Chin especially enjoys training and mentoring Pastors and Christian Leaders. He is involved in training fathers on how to be better husbands and fathers. He also gives personality types assessment.
