What is Bethel Sozo?
The Sozo Ministry is a unique inner healing and deliverance ministry which seeks to uproot the lies that hinder your personal con-nection to Father God, Jesus and Holy Spirit. It has earned the label: a “gentler” form of deliverance. The original Greek word “Sozo” was used by Jesus often and appears repeatedly throughout the New Testament meaning salvation, to be healed, made whole, and delivered. Hundreds of churches and Christian centres globally now use Sozo tools during discipleship, member care, healing and deliverance. The focus of a Sozo session is having an encounter with the Father, Jesus, and/or the Holy Spirit and re-ceiving truth, healing, and direction directly from them. “Bethel Sozo” is a ministry of Bethel Church in Redding, California, USA.
What is a Sozo Basic Training Workshop?
Sozo training is conducted by experienced, qualified Sozo trainers. This 2-day workshop will include teaching, hands-on practice with the most commonly used Sozo tools, and several opportunities for you to personally experience God in your own life and in the lives of others. Topics will include: the unique roles of the Trinity, healing the human spirit, soul and body, detecting and shift-ing atmospheres, replacing lies with truth, forgiveness, the 4 Doors, Sozo’s role in a church’s deliverance ministry, etc.
Who should attend?
Christian counsellors and therapists, pastors, healers, intercessors, guidance counsellors will all benefit from learning Sozo. Actually, anyone interested in healing and deliverance will enjoy Sozo.
What will you gain by attending this workshop?
The workshop participant will learn and practice how to use Sozo personally in his or her own relationship with God. Time will be spent practicing Sozo with the other attendees. The hope is that everyone will be able to take the Sozo tools back to their home church and personal ministries. Sozo is regularly used during discipleship, member care, healing and deliverance, individual and group counselling.
This will be the beginning of an ongoing Sozo Penang Ministry. Starting in April 2019 there will be ongoing Sozo Ministry meetings held in Penang. Workshop attendees will have the opportunity to join Sozo Penang. For more information, please refer to the Sozo Penang Ministry Facebook page.
